Product Customization and Order Placement:

Customization: You are solely responsible for the design, artwork, logos, or images uploaded or created using our design tools. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce the provided designs. b. Order Placement: By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order details before finalizing the purchase.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation:

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order in our sole discretion. We may reject an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to technical issues, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms. b. Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Pricing and Payment: 

Pricing: The prices displayed on the Platform are in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices may or may not include shipping fees, but do not include applicable taxes, or customs duties, which may apply based on your product order. b. Payment: Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods on the Platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Product Shipping and Delivery: 

Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered products within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase. However, delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on factors beyond our control. b. Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

Product Quality and Returns:

However, please note that variations in color, design placement, and print appearance may occur due to factors such as screen calibration and material composition. b. Returns and Exchanges: If you are unsatisfied with the product received, please contact our customer support within the designated return/exchange period or (10) ten business days from date of receipt. We have a dedicated return policy that outlines eligibility, requirements, and procedures for returns and exchanges. Refer to our return policy for detailed information.

Intellectual Property: 

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the designs, artwork, logos, or images uploaded or created by you. By placing an order, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, and distribute the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. b. Prohibited Content: You may not upload or create designs that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, contain offensive or illegal content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
